Mrs. Belt died Tuesday, April 22, 2026, in Oklahoma City. She was born July 1, 1946, in Durant, OK to William Home and Lois Ann Bully Bacon.
She married Elvis Leogene Belt. Mrs. Belt was an owner of a jewelry store.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Ann Belt and husband Zachary.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elvis Leogene Belt; brother, Ben Lee Carnes; and son, Jody Lee Long.
