Cecil Rayburn Hogan age 66 passed away on April 22, 2026. He leaves behind his wife of 48 years Diana Hogan, daughter Barbara Hogan son n law Stanley Gutshall, grandson Alvin Gutshall and Travis Gutshall and his last surviving Sister Tina (Hogan) Weber. Cecil was a member of the Choctaw Nation Tribe of Oklahoma.
He loved to hunt fish and ride his motorcycle when he had a chance; going out on weekends with the boat and fishing with my mom.
Another hobby that he had was like he liked working on different cars, motorcycles and things he could tear it apart and fix it with no problem at all..( but there might have been extra bolts or screws).
