Cate earns masters from SOSU

Chara Cate received a master’s degree in organizational management and leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma University, graduating with honors.

Cate, the daughter of John E. Ross and Anneisa Ross, is proud to share this milestone with her family, whose support made this accomplishment possible.
