Army Capts. Samuel and Lara Powell of Fort Carson announce the birth of their daughter, Sadie May Powell, at 2:19 p.m. Oct. 25, 2025. She weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 18.4 inches long.
Sadie is the grandchild of Sherry Powell and the great-grandchild of Dennis and Carol Choate.
