
Theodore Dillworth was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 20, 1954, to Lois and David Dillworth. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sue Dillworth and brother, Steve Dillworth.
Theodore spent his early years in Germany before moving to California, where he graduated from Vanden High School in 1972. As a talented athlete, he played football and boxed in both Germany and California and was captain of the football team.
After high school, Theodore moved to Phoenix, Arizona, attended trade school to become a car mechanic and welcomed his son, Theodore Dillworth, Jr. in 1975. In 1979, he settled in Hugo, working at Tyson Chicken Plant and Weyerhaeuser, and was member of the Christian Life Outreach Ministries under Pastor Carol Hicks. Theodore enjoyed early morning coffee, dancing his famous “Teddy dance” and spending time with his family. He faced health challenges later in life due to diabetes. Theodore will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones.
Theodore is survived by his son, Theodore Dillworth, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Lynn N. Lewis Dillworth; granddaughters, Evonne N. Dillworth, Taelor E Dillworth and Imani West; brothers, Charles Dillworth, Dave Dillworth and wife, Sue Ann, Gerald Dillworth, Clifford Dillworth and wife, Sharon, Kenneth Dillworth and Craig Dillworth; a host of nieces and nephews, along with many loving relatives and friends.
