David Bond

Davin Lynn Bond passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, at the age of 52 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on June 24, 1972, in Talihina, Oklahoma to parents, Dwight Leonard Bond and Betsy Mae (Nehka) Bond. 

Davin spent several years as a Transit Bus Driver for Choctaw Nation. His commitment to his work was evident in the care and diligence he brought to his role every day. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, playing Doomsday, watching OU Softball and his beloved Philadelphia Eagles and Movie Night. One of Davin’s greatest joys was watching his daughters play sports. He was their biggest fan and a constant presence at their games. Babysitting his grandson, Levi was a role he embraced wholeheartedly, creating cherished memories and a special bond that Levi will carry with him always. Davin was a cherished son, father, brother, and grandfather whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Bond.

He leaves behind his beloved mother, Betsy Bond of Wright City, OK; his loving children, Kayden Bond and Lane Morris of Bethel, Ashlyn Bond of Bethel, OK, and Joshua Steve of DeQueen, AR; his dear sisters, Marsha Griffith and husband, Frank of Broken Bow, OK, Melissa Bond of Wright City, OK, and Loretta Hardy and husband, Bradley of Wright City, OK; and his treasured grandson, Levi Martin of Bethel, OK. Davin’s memory will also be cherished by his special friends, Curtis Coley and Roger Fulfer; other relatives, and friends.
