Cheryl Lanette (Baker) Deramo was born on September 21, 1976, at Talihina, Oklahoma to Aryon Elum Baker Sr. and Ramona Jean (Billy) Baker. She passed away in Stigler, Oklahoma on July 31, 2025, at the age of 48.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Aryon Elum and Ramona (Billy) Baker; her brothers, Marlin “Rabbit” Baker, Aryon Elum Baker, Jr., Terry Baker, and Ricky Baker; her sister, Stephanie Wingfield; and one nephew, Bradley Lowe.
Cheryl was a graduate of McCurtain High School. She worked at Total Express for nearly 20 years, where she loved her co-workers and customers. She loved to decorate for the holidays, hosting family gatherings, and spoiling her grandkids.
Cheryl was an amazing wife, mother, Memaw, and sister. She was loved and will be missed dearly.
